Bruce Bogartz is a 1989 graduate from the Philadelphia Culinary School. Since then, he has put his passion for creating delicious food to work whether he is preparing a dinner for friends or a banquet for a 1000. He has worked as an executive chef for Warner Bros. and his food has received critical acclaim from Southern Living Magazine, The James Beard Foundation, AAA, the Knoxville News Sentinel, Metro Pulse, "Knoxville" magazine, and KnoxvilleBusiness.com.

Bruce opened RouXbarb in February 2008. All dishes are homemade down to the soups, the stocks, and the desserts. "We offer quality food with Down Home Goodness that honors the cooking styles of the South."
